The local firm at Čadca will built-up two flat-buildings involving 68 flats
Čadca firm Miloš Buček – Tempro is to built-up two nine-floored flat-buildings at Čadca in one and half year, totally involving 64 flats, at price of 3.04 mills €, VAT excluded. There would be 34 flats in each of houses. Building works would last from May till October this year according to the public tender conditions. Originally estimated price presented 3.15 mills €, VAT excluded. The contractor rose from the public tender based on one accepted offer. The agreement was closed on January 09, this year.
Realisation of technical facility to three flats including branches is the part of the investment. It concerns the second stage of new flats building at Kýčerka local suburb. Currently one house building carries out in the frame of the 1st stage. The building-up has to be financed from own sources of the town, no repayable subsidies from MVRR SR for building-up rented flats and technical facilities, and from ŠFRB loan as well.
