The town intends to built-up 92 rental flats
Together 92 double-roomed rental flats ought to grow at Nitra on the Diely housing development. The town intends to build- up them with the state support. Total costs are 3 933 081 Euro, 30 percentages hereof, i. e. 1 179 920 Euro would create a subsidy from MVRR SR. For the rest the self-administration plants to take a loan from ŠFRB. „We would cap off our effort to build-up 300 rental flats for inhabitants of Nitra in the frame of this electoral term by the building-up of these flats, “the major, Jozef Dvonč, told. Expenditures for technical facilities and engineering works present 755 097 Euro, most of which the town intends to obtain from the Department. New flats could be ready till the end of summer 2010, in Dvonč view.
The town has built-up 82 rental flats with the state support, which they put into service at the end of September last year.
The investment achieved 3 717 719 Euro that time. The flats were one-roomed and two-roomed, two of them barrier less. Huge interest was in them; the council house had to establish an order for applicants. Before that the town put into service 86 new flats at the end of year 2006. Presently they are building 28 flats of lower standard in the Orechov dvor locality.
