Žiar nad Hronom: 24 rental flats for young
Žiar nad Hronom town will start allotting 24 new residential flats in May, which it obtained by the reconstructed lodging-house purchase by 694 thousand Euro. Kitchenette apartments and double-room flats with new sanitary equipments are concerned. The rent in them will be from 96 to 147 Euro energies excluded. As Martin Baláž, the town speaker, informed, applicants for a new flat allotment must not be lodgers of another flat, have less than 18 years or overdue liabilities. Social commission will also take in account other criterions while allotting flats. „Priority will have for example families prior individual persons, urgency of solving flat questions and why the applicant has permanent residence or work in our town as well as monthly income of an applicant and persons living with him. If two applicants would meet conditions for rental flats allotting on the same level, the decisive criterion will be the date of the full application delivery, “ Baláž told.
