The building-up of the Trenčín Aupark should start-up next year
Sometimes within next year the investor plans to start building Aupark at Trenčín, which should stand next to the historic core near the entryway from the only road bridge. HB Reavis said that such projects have the greatest potential in the current economic crisis and banks have no problem to take part in them. The investor has already drawn up the architectural study, which is currently being considered by sights protectors. The building permit is still far away.
" The crisis did not affect dates for the construction of Trenčín Aupark. As regards the large-scale project in the territory, which still needs to resolve many aspects and to obtain binding statements of the bodies concerned, it is premature to say the exact and binding term. We expect, however, with the start of the construction, sometimes next year, "said Roman Karabelli, the HB Reavis Slovakia spokesman. The construction of Trenčín Aupark, which will require radical changes in transport, should cost over 33 millions €; the rental area will be more than 16 000 m2. HB Reavis is also currently building Auparks at Piešťany and at Žilina.
