Taiwanese investors will have a flat complex at their disposal
A polyfunctional zone with nearly 700 high-standard flats and a hotel will be built next to the industrial park in Trenčín. The complex costing nearly EUR 50 mill. by the company Idea Grande on the land area of 5,4-hectare should serve as the basis for the coming investors. The Taiwanese company AU Optronics will build their new plant in Trenčín. They have decided to invest in a LCD modules factory costing EUR 191,3 mill., the factory should create 1 300 direct jobs by the end of 2013. 19 buildings will be built in the complex, 16 of which will be residential with 672 flats ranging from studios to 3-bedroom flats. The investors plans to build a hotel, a pre-school, an administration building and parking zones with a water channel on the main square there.
