Nitra maybe will have 185 new flats
Reality SIM s.r.o. Company at Nitra plans to build 185 new flats at the price of approximately 9.3 mills Euro. As it is apparent from the investment plan, the investor wants to start with their construction along Hviezdoslavova Street in the autumn of this year and foresees the completion two year later. The residential complex would be spread on the area of 900 m2. The construction would provide more than 200 m2 areas for civic amenities in addition to the housing area of nearly 8.5 thousand m2. The complex would consist of four 5-storied buildings standing alone and one 8-storied. The investor plans to create totally more than 170 parking spaces in the house. Reality SIM Company resident at Holíč was established in 2006 according to the extract from the Companies Register of SR.
