The new residential complex at the price of almost 50 million € is to be built at Trenčín
The Bratislava investor plans to build the multifunctional zone involving 660 apartments, a hotel and a kindergarten at Trenčín. The Idea Grande complex should be located on the 5.4-hectare land near the Váh River with a view of the Trenčín castle. The cost for the construction of the closed area will achieve 48.5 million Euro according to the submitted plan. The investor, Idea Grande Company, plans to start the construction at the end of next year.
There should grow nineteen buildings in the area, including 16 residential ones with 660 one- to four-roomed apartments. One of the buildings is to have 14 floors. In addition, the investor intends to build an 80-bed hotel, a kindergarten school and one administrative building in the complex. There will be available 700 underground parking spaces and further 300 ones on the ground. The construction should last till May 2013 according to the submitted plan for assess the effects on the environment.
