Construction of 270 new flats planned in Nitra

Company GYS – Properties, the investor, plans to build a multifunctional complex with over 270 flats for approx. EUR 17,4 mill. in Pieskova street in Nitra. The contruction should start in March 2011, the completion is planned a year later. The complex should cover an area of more than 11 thousand m2 and it should consist of 3 detached blocks. Apart from one-, two-, three- and four-room flats, the complex will provide space for civic amenities with the surface area of nearly one thousand m2. Activities of the company GYS – Properties (2005) include buying, selling and renting property, advertising, marketing and promotional activites.
