EUROVIA increased its turnover

Consolidated profit of EUROVIA CS group in 2009 reached CZK 24,5 bill. which represents an increase of 6 % compared to the previous period. After-tax economic result was CZK 863 mill. according to the international standards. The group employed 4312 people at the end of last year. The group will continue to strengthen the integration of some of its subsidiaries during this year. The composition of commissions is similar to previous years, construction of roads is predominant at 56 %. “The volume of railway construction as well as construction and reconstruction of railway and tramway routes is on the increase. Their share of the total volume of commissions is one quarter,“ informed Zdeněk Synáček, sales director of the company.
