Martin Šimek has strengthened the Cushman & Wakefield team
Martin Šimek (aged 44), is a new member of the property management team at Cushman & Wakefield. Šimek starts in the positition of key account manager for major clients and he will also be active in the field of business property development. He will be in charge of acquiring and managing new retail commissions and support the relationships with existing clients. His arrival is part of a strategy of building up the strongest team focused on property management in the Czech market. The Cushman & Wakefield team has been operating since 1995 and today they have 30 employees. Martin Šimek joins C&W from Multi Mall Management Czech Republic, where he worked as director and managing director. He previously worked as the manager of the Olympia Mladá Boleslav shopping centre, before that at Správa pražského hradu (Prague Castle Administration). He graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University. He is a keen sportsman in his leisure time (he is a professional basketball player) and he listens to rock music.
