Alois Vyleta appointed as Europolis director

Alois Vyleta (42) became new director of Europolis Real Estate Asset Management from 1st December. Vyleta graduated from Faculty of Engineering, in the field of construction and transport infrastructure at Czech Technical University in Prague. In 2006 he became member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He began his career in DTZ where he later led the retail and industrial projects department. From 2003–2006 he worked as Fund Country Manager at Immorent ČR. He joined Europolis from Sekyra Group where he held the position of Director Portfolio Management. Alois Vyleta is married and has four children. He spends his leisure time with his family and his hobbies include travelling to exotic countries.
