CPI City Center in Ústí nad Labem goes on

The construction of the multipurpose complex CPI City Center in Ústí nad Labem will continue as originally planned from mid-May on the basis of an agreement between CPI Group and the city hall. “There have been only some minor changes to the project compared to the original plan. The amount of the expected investment remains the same – it should not exceed CZK 700 million,” says Zdeněk Havelka, Chief Executive Officer in CPI Group. We expect to finish the project by the end of 2010. The complex of buildings is growing in the north-western part of the city, on an area of 28,000 square metres, and will include an administration building, a four-star hotel and a congress centre, which will be complemented with retail and service facilities.
