Thermo/Solar Žiar wants to invest 1.5 mills Euro this year
Thermo/Solar Žiar, s.r.o. Company plans to invest 1.5 mills Euro this year. As informed its director, Milan Novák, nearly 900 thousand Euro will go for the modernization of presses and to purchase new machinery and equipment. „The planned investments will double production capacity to approximately 300 thousand m2 of solar collectors per year,“ said Novak. According to him within 4 to 5 years the company foresees further increase in production capacity. „If the market grows, we increase our capacity up to 500 thousand m2,“ said Novak.
Thermo / Solar Žiar Company established in Žiar of Hronom belong among the most important European manufacturers of thermal solar collectors. It conducts sales through the German partner Thermosolar Landshut AG in the EU states. Its products are exported to the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, France, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, USA, Canada, Mexico and Ukraine. The largest part of the production places in Germany.
