Deka purchased BC Gemini in Prague

The German real estate fund Deka Immobilien, represented by the consultancy King Sturge, finished acquisition of the business centre Gemini in Prague 4, developed by Immorent ČR and owned until now by the Austrian Sparkassen Immobilien. The real estate transaction worth EUR 110 million (CZK 2.8 billion) is easily this year’s biggest investment transaction and accounts for 40% of the CZK 263 million, invested on the Czech real estate market this year. The Gemini office project comprises two class A buildings in the sought-after locality in Pankrác, Prague 4. Gemini is the second acquisition of the fund Deka in the Czech Republic this year – in spring, the fund purchased the Jungmannova Plaza office building in Prague 1 for EUR 40.6 million.
