Multifunctional complex for 45 mill. to be built in Bratislava
A new multifunctional complex, named Dunajské predmestie, will be built in Bratislava´s metropolitan district Ružinov. It will be built by the company CZ Invest for EUR 45 mill. It will serve for retail, permanent and temporary accommodation. The company wants to start construction in 1st quarter of 2011, and complete it three years later. The complex will cover an area of nearly 34 thousand m2 in the Nivy cadastral area. Nearly 5,5 thousand m2 of floor space for retail outlets will be built in the 1st building. City villas and retail space with total floor area of more than 4,6 thousand m2 are intended in the 2nd building. The 3rd building should include small accommodation tourist facilities and suites with a total floor area of more than 17-thousand m2.
