A multifunctional complex costing EUR 10,3 mill. to be built in Trnava

A new multifunctional complex will probably be built in Trnava. The company Invex Real plans to build a complex of administrative, retail and residential premises costing approx. EUR 10,3 mill. in the historical centre in Hviezdoslavova street. 170 news jobs should be created thanks to the new centre. The triple-storey multifunctional complex should cover an area larger than 2,000 m2. It should contain 20 flat units. Apart from flats, it will contain retail space (1,1 thousand m2) and administration space (more than 1,6 thousand m2). The investor was planning to start construction back in 2006, it was supposed to be completed this year. However, the investment plan was finalized only in February this year.
