A multifunctional complex costing 43 mill. will be built in the Za stanicou street

A multifunctional complex costing EUR 43 mill. will be created in Bratislava’s Za stanicou street. As indicated in the project, there will be 6 main overground properties. Two of them will be blocks of flats, there will be 121 flats in total. Besides flats, the investor, which is reportedly the Prague company Star Group Ltd. with an Israeli capital backing, also plans to build a 2-storey shopping centre, a 25-storey administration building and above-ground as well as underground parking with a total capacity of 553 spaces. The complex will stand near the Kuchajda lake, behind the railway station Bratislava Nové mesto. It will cover a total area of 30 thousand m2. According to the group‘s internet page, the complex Za stanicou is their first project in Slovakia. They have 6 others in Prague and more abroad.
