Construction of ecological shopping centre started in Senica
The company Reality Trade started construction of Eco Shopping Park on the way from Senica to the town district of Čáčov. The 20-shop project has an ambition to become retail centre for the town and its surroundings. The investment costing 15 million EUR will be completed in autumn 2012.
Eco Shopping Park will have 55 thousand sqm, 15,270 of which will be taken up by shops. According to Miroslav Vepy, general manager of Reality Trade, there will be a large-scale supermarket, a bank, a hobby market, fashion shops, a playroom, cafés, fast food outlets, car showroom and a petrol station. Eco-friendly technologies will be used in the Eco Shopping Park – these will focus on energy consumption, use of rainwater, waste separation, recycling as well as use of solar energy.
