The building-up of the residential zone Nový Martin is starting
The building–up of the residential zone Nový Martin ought to start at Martin this week. Bencont Development Company has obtained the building permission for the project. Till now they were building engineering networks at the town district Záturčie and access roads, finalization of the basic infrastructure is assumed in May. The sharp construction of the first block of houses can be ready till the end of autumn, as Daniel Gálik, the representative of Bencont Development Company, told. The investor intention is to offer wide palette of housing in the residential zone to Martin inhabitants, interested persons in the individual building-up of a family house have available 34 lands involving the area from 556 to 999 m2. New Martin will stay on the built-up area under the local name Riečiny directly under Martinské hole. 230 flats are planned in the first phase, to which their owners can move in the mid of year 2010.
