Richard Frimmel, the major of Bratislava Nové Mesto, will not probably forbid the building-up of hotels in the locality of Železná studnička, if the investor will submit all needed documents with the application for the planning decision and the building permission. The petition against the building-up of the hotel Snežienka and the hotel Železná studnička in the Bratislava forest-park have signed about 2 000 peoples. The capital also answered the petition. It „names“ the locality of Železná studnička like the stabilized area, Snežienka like the development area of public facility in the letter. „Realization of investment intentions at the area of Horná Mlynská dolina, where also the Železná studnička and Snežienka localities are placed, is conditioned by the fulfilment of functional and space regulation determined by the city planning scheme of the capital,“ Mária Račková from the municipal council, told.
